Joseph is a qualified attorney of the Republic of South Africa, Trade Mark Practitioner and is a director of Chen and Lin Incorporated. His areas of expertise include domestic and international trade mark registration, searches and renewals, domestic and international trade mark registration, copyright and trade mark litigation. Prior to joining Chen & Lin, Joseph was with a leading South African Law firm. Joseph has provided legal advice to numerous companies interested in investing in South Africa. Joseph has experience on transactional work, corporate and commercial law and the giving of business related commercial legal advice. Joseph is a member of the Law Society of Northern Provinces.

Bester completed his studies in 2001 at the University of Johannesburg (the old RAU) where he obtained his B.Com and LLB degrees. Bester started out his legal career at a leading Cape Town firm. He was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in October 2003. civil litigation, including family law related work.
Bester mainly attends to commercial and litigious matters including work relating to family law and has extensive experience with commercial transactions. The main emphasis of his practice remain on commercial litigation, but he is also taking on other general civil litigious matters, including tax related matters. Bester is a member of the Law Society of Northern Provinces.

Practical Experience
Bevin is a senior associate with vast experience in various aspects of dispute resolution ranging from litigation, arbitration, inquiries and advisory work. He assists in civil and commercial litigation matters covering mining rights, insolvency, general commercial law, property law, administrative law and all labour disputes.
He completed his BA LLB at Rhodes University and was on the dean list in 2003. He also completed a certificate in Corporate Law from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Bevin is a member of the Law Society of Northern Provinces.
